·       MSTND  does not and will not offer any commission, "finders fees," or other inducements to any person or business in exchange for client referrals unless: The terms and conditions of any such referral are spelled out in detail and are verifiable; additionally, it is shown that the fee is only for a referral and that the payment of a commission has no bearing on the results of an audit.

·       The procedure by which any such payment is made to a person or entity (usually a consultant) asking for the commission for referrals has undergone risk assessment (to determine the possibility of an intolerable danger to impartiality).

All organizations who have the authority to audit or evaluate MSTND  will also be required to maintain the confidentiality of all information.

·       The customer or person in question shall be notified beforehand of any confidential information that MSTND  is compelled by law to reveal to a third party, unless otherwise required by law.

·       However, the firm retains the right to report any incident to the relevant authorities as soon as it appears that it is breaking the law or that its operations put the environment, its clients, or its staff in danger. Only with the consent of senior management will such reporting be completed.

·       All documents at MSTND  will be password-protected electronic files or paper records that are maintained secure and only accessible by authorized personnel. Subcontractors' access to information will be limited to that which they produce during an audit. Only entities, such as Accreditation Bodies, that can demonstrate that they have a legitimate (legal) right to view the information will be granted access.

·       A confidentiality agreement and agreement to the MSTND  secrecy policy must be signed by all workers, subcontractors, chief executive officers, and committee members. Additionally, subcontractors will be required to sign a contract that includes a secrecy obligation.

·       The managers, staff, and subcontractors of MSTND  understand the importance of remaining impartial throughout the course of the company's certification operations. The following rules have been established to ensure that impartiality is maintained and may be verified.

Any circumstance—past or present—that might give rise to a conflict of interest has to be disclosed.

·       When there is a history of relationship between a staff person and a subcontractor, MSTND  will not put them on an audit. A person or subcontractor with a history of relationships may, in exceptional cases, be assigned to an audit, even if those interactions must have ceased at least two years ago and at the exclusive discretion of the Technical Manager or Directors.

·       MSTND  does not and will not offer any commission, "finders fees," or other inducements to any individual or company in exchange for a client referral unless: Any such referral's terms and conditions are clearly stated and verifiable; furthermore, it is demonstrated that the fee is only for a referral and that the commission's payment is unrelated to the audit's outcome.

·       Risk assessment has been done on the process by which any such payment is paid to an individual or organization (often a consultant) requesting the commission for referrals (to determine the possibility of an unbearable harm to impartiality).

·       These payments are always accompanied by a purchase order and invoice, which are all traceable, tracked, and documented.

·       No company receives special training from MSTND  with regard to the application of a particular standard for that company. All of the company's training courses are generic in nature and available to anybody who is interested.

·       If MSTND  finds evidence linking it to the activities of a management system consultancy, it will take the appropriate action to delete the link from all marketing materials and connections.

·       No pressure of any kind has been and will be used to auditors or anyone else involved in the certification process to come to a certain opinion regarding the audit's result.

·       Every employee of the company is required to report any circumstance that compromises corporate ethics.

For a minimum of two years following the date of their departure from the client's services, MSTND  will not let any of the Auditors to conduct audits on their behalf.

According to MSTND  policies and accreditation requirements, MSTND  will not permit any auditor to miss the deadline for an audit.

If MSTND  is not authorized to do an audit for a client, it will not permit any auditors to do so.

MSTND  will continue to be open and honest about all information.

No auditor may disclose any client-confidential information to a third party without the client's written consent and the manager's approval.

After the usage period, no auditor is allowed to take customer information with them. After use, all client information must be returned.

The appropriate scope of certification must be granted with the utmost care and scrutiny.

As soon as an unethical activity is noticed, it should be reported to management.

MSTND  will not let any of its auditors to receive gifts from consultants or clients.

When any of [MSTND's] family members or close relatives are involved in the organization's decision-making process, MSTND  will not permit any auditors to perform an audit for the company.

The Management will confer with the Impartiality Committee before implementing disciplinary measures for violating impartiality policies.

To enhance internal resources In addition to hiring Associate (subcontract) Auditors, MSTND  occasionally collaborates with international business managers. MSTND  never links its marketing efforts with consulting, outsources its certification choices, or outsources its audits to consulting firms. All decision-making processes pertaining to the issuance, upkeep, renewal, extension, reduction, suspension, or withdrawal of certification remain fully under the discretion of MSTND .

MSTND  acknowledges the possible danger to impartiality posed by clients paying for certification, which is the certifying body's primary source of income. As a result, MSTND  is a self-supporting, independent company that has certain safeguards in place to guarantee objectivity. It is imperative that MSTND  base its certification choices on objective evidence of compliance or nonconformity and that no judgments be influenced by external parties or other interests in order to gain and retain confidence. A capable Scheme Manager who was not involved in the Audit and was not a member of the Audit team makes and signs certification decisions. MSTND  acknowledges that the following pose a threat to impartiality.
